Pet Policy:
We have a no pet policy in regards to the Motel and Lodge. However, there are a limited number of Townhouse units that do allow pets. For those units, a $35 fee will be charged and is due upon check-in. When the pet is outside, it must be leashed and accompanied at all times. A $20/hour clean up fee will be charged if pet droppings are found around the unit. Please be aware that if additional cleaning is required, or other damage is caused by your pet, additional fees will be charged.
Reservation Policy:
To guarantee a reservation you will need to supply a valid credit card number. If you do not check in on your arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the first night's lodging value and your reservation will be cancelled. To avoid charges you must cancel your reservation 1 week prior to arrival. Walk-In guests who do not have a credit card may rent lodging with a $100 cash security deposit required upon check-in, this deposit is refundable upon your departure after inspection of your unit.
